1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Sign-in identity from Google or Apple: your email address and the provider’s account identifier. We do not receive your password.
• The author name you choose for published videos, and your interface language.
• Text you enter: actor descriptions, scene descriptions, titles and video descriptions.
• Reference images you upload for places and objects. The Service does not accept photographs of people as a source for an actor.
• Audio tracks you upload in the audio editor.
• Generation results (the images and videos the Service produces for you).
• Records of your subscription, token and payment transactions.
• Communications you send us, including support requests and abuse or takedown reports.

Technical data:

• IP address, browser and device information, used for security, rate limiting and fraud prevention.
• Cookies: a session cookie for sign-in, an age-confirmation cookie, a language cookie, and a random viewer identifier used only to count each view of a published video once per day (see Section 4).
• Usage and performance logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• operate, maintain, and provide the Service, including generating the images and videos you request;
• display the videos you choose to publish in the public Videos feed;
• screen descriptions, reference images and results for prohibited content (see Section 5);
• process payments, subscriptions, and tokens, and send you related billing and account notices;
• detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and other violations of our Terms of Use;
• respond to your support requests and to abuse and takedown reports;
• analyze usage to improve quality, stability, and safety;
• comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your descriptions, uploads, or generation results to train our own or third parties’ AI models.

3. No Biometric Processing

Actors in the Service are fictional characters created from text descriptions. We do not accept photographs or videos of real people as a source for an actor and we do not process biometric identifiers. Reference images of places and objects are used only to generate the content you request.

4. Published Videos and View Counts

Publishing is optional. When you publish a video, its file, poster, title, description, duration, publication date, view count and your chosen author name become public and may be indexed by search engines. Your email address is never shown. To count views we store a salted, one-way hash of a random viewer cookie (or, when the cookie is absent, of the IP address) together with the video and the date; the hash cannot be reversed and is deleted after two days. Daily view totals per video are kept for up to 90 days.

5. Content Moderation and Zero Tolerance for Child Content

Descriptions are screened automatically before a generation starts; reference images and generation results may be reviewed manually, and published videos are moderated. The Service strictly prohibits any content involving minors. Accounts that attempt to generate such content will be immediately suspended and permanently deleted, and material that appears to constitute child sexual abuse or exploitation will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for sign-in, age confirmation, language, view counting and, where enabled, aggregated site analytics. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although the Service will then not work correctly.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Infrastructure providers who host and operate the Service and our generation servers on our behalf. Generation runs on GPU servers under our control; your descriptions and reference images are transmitted there solely to produce the content you request;
• Optional text-processing providers (OpenRouter) used only to translate and refine scene descriptions before generation; no images, videos or account data are transmitted;
• Payment processors — Stripe for card payments and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency — to process your purchases. Your full card details are provided directly to and processed by the payment processor; we do not store them;
• Email delivery — Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) — to send account, billing and support emails;
• Sign-in providers — Google and Apple — which confirm your identity when you sign in;
• Legal authorities, where required by law, court order, or to report prohibited content;
• Rights holders, where necessary to handle copyright or takedown complaints.

Each processor is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal data. You can delete your account and all of its content yourself from Settings. For other requests, contact us at support@xvideogenerator.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law and in any event within 45 days.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and to satisfy fraud-prevention, legal-compliance, and dispute-resolution obligations. Deleting your account removes your projects, references, videos and uploads; payment records may be retained where the law requires.

10. Data Security

We use encryption in transit, layered access controls, and monitoring to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in [jurisdiction] and in jurisdictions where our processors operate. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
